PUMA Suede XL Sneakers

After the successful collaboration of Suede with PLEASURES earlier this month, PUMA has introduced its freshly updated sneakers into the main product line. The new revamped sneakers, called “Suede XL,” feature enlarged proportions inspired by iconic skateboarding models from the ’90s and early 2000s.

Here, the renowned Suede silhouette (originally released in 1968 and gaining fame for its connections to graffiti artists and B-boy crews who favored this footwear) becomes genuinely larger. With substantial cushioning, the Suede XL boasts a cloud-like construction complete with a soft tongue and Formstrip. Additionally, traditional laces have been replaced with extra-wide versions to emphasize this style.

“From the Olympic podium to the dance floor, the Suede has seen it all,” PUMA stated in a press release. Now, the beloved footwear spanning decades will see the world from a larger perspective – in colorways that include pink, brown, green, and blue.

The PUMA Suede XL will be available for purchase on Thursday, February 1. You can buy them through the online store and mobile app of PUMA, as well as in the flagship PUMA store in New York. The sneakers will be available in sizes for women and men at a price of $85 USD, and for kids, with prices ranging from $55 to $65 USD.
